"I couldn't be happier," said the 22-year-old after his victory. "I love playing in Germany and especially in Munich. We'll continue on Friday, there's still a lot to do," he thanked the crowd. His next opponent will be the Italian Luciano Darderi, who previously won against Miomir Kecmanovic; the two have never played each other before.
